I am a Licensed Naturopathic Doctor in Ontario, having graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. Registered with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO) and a member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND), the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND) and the Nova Scotia Association of Naturopathic Doctors (NSAND), I bring expertise in both naturopathy and traditional medicine as a physician and eye surgeon from Turkey.
My professional background extends to accredited coaching certified by the International Coaching Federation, complemented by ongoing studies for a master's in psychology at Yorkville University. This educational pursuit deepens my understanding of my client's needs, fostering empathetic connections.
With a passion for holistic well-being, I concentrate on mental health, chronic pain management, and digestive and neurological disorders. My personal experience with muscular dystrophy enables me to effectively support individuals with disabilities, empowering them to lead fulfilling lives.
Utilizing coaching techniques, I assist clients in uncovering motivations and life goals. The pursuit of a master's in psychology further enriches my ability to provide comprehensive support for mental health concerns among my clients.
Beyond my professional pursuits, I cherish my role as a mother to two wonderful girls, and I find joy in reading and travelling. I firmly believe in the power of transformation and advocate that it's never too late to reshape one's life and perspectives.
